We want you to love your Nominal pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure faster processing.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
